Hardwood Conservatory Dorset

Richmond Oak are happy to supply and make bespoke hardwood conservatories, handcrafted from naturally seasoned oak in the historic area of Dorset including: Blanford Forum, Bridport, Bournemouth, Christchurch, Lyme Regis, Ferndown, Poole, Shaftesbury, Romford, Weymouth and Verwood. Every conservatory, orangery or garden room is tailor made by master joiners.

Dorset Oak - Renewable Plans

A new oak wood has been planted in a seven acre field in Dorset in an attempt to recreate the past. 500 acorns were taken from the famous tree in Nottingham in 2000 which was the reputed hiding place of Robin Hood. The acorns grew under protection into saplings and were planted locally in 2004.
